Beneath the Ink is a nonprofit initiative that transforms the art of tattooing into a powerful expression of love, care, and support that goes beyond the skin.
Foundation
How It Works
Each year, the foundation highlights new themes aligned with a social cause or pressing need. A donation of $100 qualifies participants to receive a complimentary tattoo (up to 3" x 3"), with all proceeds directly supporting the initiative of your choice.
2025 Causes

Cause: Donations to no-kill shelters, animal rescue organizations, veterinary care, and food for pets in need.
Tattoos: Pet names, paw prints, animal silhouettes, hearts with paws, memorials, etc.

Cause: Supporting mental health initiatives, suicide prevention outreach, and counseling services.
Tattoos: Semicolons, calm ocean scenes, inspiring quotes, symbols of resilience, etc.

Cause: Donations to veteran support programs, mental health services, warm meals and housing for homeless veterans.
Tattoos: Military emblems, American traditional tattoos, dog tags, or tributes to specific branches of the military.

Cause: Donations to cancer research foundations particularly rare or less-funded cancers, family support services for those battling and those who have lost the battle.
Tattoos: Ribbon designs, Names, inspirational words like “hope” or “strength,” or imagery representing healing and survival such as lotus flowers, butterflies, etc.
